Sweet Melts are a delicious, smooth and creamy chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste, for cakes, drips, drizzle, and chocolate moulds. Easy to melt and pour. If a thinner coating is desired, oil may be added. If adding flavours or colours, use a concentrated flavour or oil-based colour. 

INGREDIENTS: Sugar (51%), Vegetable Fats* (Palm Kernel, Palm, Shea) (43.0%), Skimmed Milk Powder (5.5%), Emulsifier (Lecithins) (0.5%), Natural Flavour (0.05%) *Palm part RSPO SG 

The product is made of non-hydrogenerated vegetable fat. The product contains sunflower lecithin.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Place 180g in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 15 seconds at a time and stir.  Repeat until a few meltables are left still unmelted. The residual heat will melt the rest. 

STORAGE: 

This product has a 12 month shelf life when stored in optimum conditions of 18C-20C (65F-68F) and in less then 50% relative humidity.
