General FAQ

Where is my ordering coming from?                                                                 

Your order is being dispatched from Sweet Stamp HQ based in Ireland. We also ship from our UK Hub for our UK customers so there are no custom fees.

Can I pay with Paypal?                                                                                     We are unable to accept Paypal. Our website accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Is Sweet Stamp hardwearing?

Yes. With correct use, Sweet Stamp can last years. If you use Sweet Stamp incorrectly, you may cause damage or breakages. We advising treating your set as if it was as fragile as glass.

Can I change the currency on your website?                                            

Yes, you can change the currency by clicking the menu tab. All currency options there can be changed here, but it will revert to euros at checkout as we are a European company.

What is the best way to contact you?                                                            

All general enquiries can be sent to hello@sweetstamp.online. Our emails are answered during office hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm GMT.

Do you offer Custom Products?

Yes we do. Simply search for custom item on our store and fill in the required details. 

Can I order spare/replacement letters for my letter set?

Yes you can. Just search 'spare letters' on our website and you will be able to place an order for spare letters,. At checkout, please leave a note stating the name of the set, upper or lower case letter and the letter you need a replacement for.

I have contacted you though your social media, but got no response.

Unfortunately, our social media channels are only monitored by the marketing team so are unable to answer any order queries you may have. Please contact our team at hello@sweetstamp.online, and they will be able to assist you.

 

Order FAQ

When will my order be dispatched?                                                         

Currently dispatch takes between 2-5 working days.

Can I track my order?                                                                                         

Yes, unless you have chosen the standard delivery option. Once your order is ready to be dispatched from us, we will send you an email with all of your tracking details.

Standard shipping options have no tracking information and if lost or damaged in transit, unfortunately there is no option for refund.

I never received an order confirmation email?                                            

Your confirmation may have been sent to your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please email us with the name, address and email address used when placing the order and we will confirm that we have received your order.

There is a problem with my order.                                                                 

In the rare instance you notice an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure we can deal with it in an urgent matter.

Broken/Damaged or Missing/Incorrect items.

If you receive a broken/damaged or missing/incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. 

Can I add to an order?                                                                                        

If you have already placed an order on our website and wish to add to it, please get in touch with us hello@sweetstamp.online, with your order number and what you would like to add to your order. We cannot guarantee we will always be able to add to excising orders but we will do our best.

Can I return an order?

Please email our team at hello@sweetstamp.online if you wish to return your order. We can only except returns that are unopened and in there original packaging. We are unable to cover any the cost of returning items to us, please be aware that if you are sending anything back to us you may be liable for customs charges into Ireland, We will not be able to cover these fees 

When will I get a refund on my returned order?

Once your package has arrived back to us, we will process a refund for you straight away. We are unable to process a refund until the item is back with us and in resalable conditions. We cannot except refunds on sprinkles.

How can I cancel an order?                                                                               

If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch with us as soon as possible hello@sweetstamp.online, We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

I need an urgent order.                                                                        

Dispatch normally takes 2-5 working days. If you need urgent dispatch, please get in touch with us at hello@sweetstamp.online,and we can better advise. We also have worldwide stockists that may have what you're looking for with a fast delivery.

 

Shipping FAQ

When will my order arrive?                                                                            

Ireland & UK orders will arrive within 2 - 6 working days.

US orders will arrive within 5-8 working days.

International orders on average can take from 5 - 14 working days to arrive.

Some destinations may have a longer lead time. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information for the latest updated on your order. 

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it?  .                        

Please contact the courier directly regarding your package as they are a third part company. They may be able to provide more information to you. Usual delays are due to bank holidays, attempted and failed Delivery, customs or unable to find address.

How much is Shipping?                                                                                 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping charges vary for each country. For international orders, shipping prices are calculated based on weight. All delivery options are available at checkout. 

How do I quality for free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all orders over €100/£85/$105. Please note, your cart amount must equal €100/£85/$105 or over (discount/or promo code included) to avail of free shipping.

Ireland & UK Shipping

We use Fastway & DPD to ship our Irish orders. All UK orders are shipped from the Sweet Stamp HQ through Royal Mail & we absorb all custom fees. 

International Shipping

We use FedEx to ship our international orders. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will send you on your tracking number.

Will I be charged customs/duties?

As we are based in Ireland,  some international orders will incur customs charges, which will be up to the consignee of the package to pay.

If you choose not to pay the customs charges, your order will be retuned to us. We will issue a refund on the cost of your goods once your package arrives back to us. 

There are no UK custom fees.

Can I ship my order to my PO Box?

Unfortunately, our courier does not deliver to PO boxes. Please do not input a PO box address as this might delay your orders dispatch.
