Materials used for decoration:
Icing for sugar flowers & leaves: Squires white florist paste
Icing for cake: Renshaw’s ivory - coloured with Rainbow dust pro gels (colour names listed below);
Top tier colour: Ice blue
Bottom tier colour: Mix of chestnut and brown
Rose colour: Pink
Leaf base colour: Mix of leaf green & holly green
Deer colour: Chestnut
Mushroom colour: Red
Other materials:
- Sweet Stamp lettering & Stamp pad for transfer
- Sweet Stamp brushes x 2
- Edible art paint - Glamorous gold & Black for the deer’s eyes
- Cake smoother
- Foam pad
- Metal ball tool
- Small rolling pin & large for icing cake
- Rose petal cutters for ears (not sure of the make/brand of these but you might know from looking at them)
- Rose petal cutters for roses
- Leaf cutters & veiners (don’t know the brands but can send you pics of these)
- Small blossom & daisy plunger cutters
- Rainbow dust 'dusky pink' dust for rosey cheeks
- Rainbow dust ‘ivy green’ and ‘moss green’ mix for leaf dusting
- Confectioners glaze
- 20g wires for roses
- 26g wires for leaves
- Floral moulds for flower effect (I don’t know the brands but can send you pics of these).
- Royal icing coloured with the chestnut & brown propel colours to make the bark effect on the base tier.
